Dan Wright is an entrepreneur and operator with a track record of leading disruptive technology companies through periods of rapid growth. At Terra AI, Dan brings his experience scaling infrastructure companies through rapid growth, helping guide the company's path from early traction to enterprise scale.

Dan is Co-Founder and CEO of Armada, an edge computing company he started in December 2022 with Jon Runyan to bring cloud and AI infrastructure to remote and disconnected locations, from industrial sites to military installations. Before Armada, Dan was CEO of DataRobot, leading the company through its AI hypergrowth phase to a peak valuation of $6.3 billion. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at AppDynamics, where he helped lead the company to a $3.7 billion acquisition by Cisco. He began his career as a lawyer before moving into operating roles.

Dan is also an investor and advisor to startups including Abnormal Security, People.ai, and Quantum Metric, and serves on the boards of Jeeva.ai and Embrace. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
