Michael runs the operating cadence and strategic planning that keep Terra AI's teams aligned as the company scales. He brings 12+ years of strategy and operations experience: as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading enterprise transformations across Latin America; as Chief of Staff at a climate-tech startup in Palo Alto; and as a business analyst with Glencore at a ferronickel mine in Dominican Republic. Michael received his MBA from Georgetown University and his BS in Business Management from Boston College. In his spare time, he enjoys kiteboarding, travel photography, Mediterranean history, and being executive chef for a toddler.
