Mikaella brings field-to-model industry geological expertise to guide Terra AI's exploration models in how deposits actually form. She is an exploration geologist and 3D modeler with 15 years of experience across multiple commodities, working on projects from greenfield discovery through mineral resource estimation. Her work includes IOCG copper-gold exploration in Australia's Mount Isa Inlier, definition of several Nevada Carlin-type and epithermal gold systems, including advancing the ~11.4 Moz Arthur (Silicon–Merlin) discovery from early drilling through resource modeling. She has also published 3D approaches to defining and presenting Wyoming roll-front uranium deposits, and worked on lithium-tin-tungsten skarn systems in Alaska. Mikaella received her MSc in Geology and Geochemistry from the University of Minnesota and her BSc in Geology from McGill University. Outside of work, she keeps an active, social life built around the outdoors, and she's committed to growing alongside the people around her.
