Zach leads talent strategy and recruiting at Terra AI to build the multidisciplinary team needed to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of artificial intelligence, geoscience, and mineral exploration. He brings more than 20 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, recruiting executives and highly specialized technical talent across five continents. His background spans early-stage startups through global organizations and includes helping scale a venture-backed mineral exploration company from approximately 40 to more than 200 employees across 13 countries. Throughout his career, Zach has recruited across geoscience, engineering, software, data science, commercial functions, and corporate leadership. Outside of work, Zach enjoys mountain biking, skiing, cooking, and spending time in the Colorado mountains with his wife and daughter.
